Alpha Meditation

Alpha is the level at which your brain waves slow to about half their normal frequency - from seven - 14 pps (pulsations per second). It's the natural, comfortable, peaceful, relaxed state that we pass through on our way to sleep at night and on awakening in the morninng. This is the level that you use to heal and reprogram yourself.

1. Close eyes.

2. Take a deep breath, release all worries, stress of day and week. (Repeat three times)

3. Now breathe in and on the exhale visualize the number 3, three times in your minds eye.

4. Breathe in again this time visualizing the number 2, three times in your minds eye.

5. Lastly, breathe in and visualize the number one, three times in your minds eye.

6. Breathe in and count in your head backwards from ten to one.

7. Now allow yourself to creatively visualize yourself in situations you desire. i.e. See lots of clients coming in and out your front door and sitting in your room where you do your readings, see yourself purchasing things you wish to have...feel what it feels like to have these things you want...see yourself in different situations you desire. Smell the situation, see the colours, and all the details in it.

8. Now is a good time to speak your affirmations outloud and with desire. i.e. All of my needs are met as I follow my higher path.

9. When you're done, count back from one to five. When you get to five open your eyes and feel better than you did before.
