Often life will throw us a few curve balls or some very unexpected and potentially devastating experiences. These experiences, good or bad, can make us feel a bit lost at times. This layout is designed to try to help us understand what we are supposed to learn from these experiences.

Hopefully, this will help us to reflect on the experience and analyze it appropriately without falling into the quagmire of over-analysis. If we can make some sense of the situation, reframe our thoughts, and articulate our feelings about it; it can be beneficial to coping with the situation at hand and figuring out just what lesson we are supposed to be learning as well as what course of action or non-action we should embark upon.
